The Convent of the Holy Myrrh—Bearing Women in Bobruisk is not only a sacred place, but also a magnificent monument of history and spirituality. The restoration and improvement of the monastery, which began in 2008, has become a true testimony to the faith and work of the monastic community.
• The monastery, founded with the blessing of His Grace Bishop Seraphim of Bobruisk and Bykhovsky, is located on the territory of the historical Bobruisk fortress. The monastery's forces were directed to the restoration of buildings transferred to the church back in 2002. As a result of careful care and repair, the monastic building was restored, which now houses the house church in honor of the icon of the Mother of God "Skoroposlushnitsa".
• The consecration of the temple in 2009 became a significant event in the life of the monastery, giving it a special spirit and mystical atmosphere. Gradually, by the efforts of the monastic community, other buildings were restored, including a two-story cell building and part of the foundations of the military cathedral of St. Alexander Nevsky, which was blown up in 1934.
• The monastery is actively involved in the construction of the cathedral in honor of the Blessed Grand Duke Alexander Nevsky, as well as the temple of the Icon of the Mother of God "Zhirovitskaya". The shrines stored in the first restored building include particles of the Life-Giving Cross, relics of saints of God, and particles of relics of Belarusian saints.
