We are going on an interesting journey from the capital of Egypt to Luxor. In this extraordinary city we will visit the most interesting sights, such as the Karnak temples, the Valley of the Kings and the Valley of the Queens.
Our two-day journey will begin in the evening, you will be escorted to Giza Station, where we will board a comfortable sleeper train with all the necessary amenities, here we will have dinner and go to sleep under the pleasant rocking of the train.
Day 2: Exploring Luxor
In Luxor I will tell you the legends of ancient temples and monuments, including the Karnak temples, which are dedicated to the ancient Egyptian god Amun, his son Khonsu and his wife Mut, one of the greatest monuments of Ancient Egypt. It dates from the Middle Kingdom.
Our next stop will be the Valley of the Kings. This vast complex of royal tombs has been the main burial place for Egyptian pharaohs and other important statesmen for many millennia.
The last important attraction is the Valley of the Queens, the wives of the pharaohs are buried here, such as Queen Nefertari, the wife of Pharaoh Ramsell, we will also visit the tomb of Queen Hatshpsute, who was a female pharaoh, the only one in the history of Ancient Egypt. This will bring the tour to an end, in the evening of the same day you will be escorted to Luxor Station, from where you will travel back to Cairo by first class train.
