Estate Old Gutar (Old farmhouse) is located in the heart of Belarusian Polesie reserve in Brest region on the territory of Stolin district, one kilometre from the village with care.

Fine air, pure water from own well, excellent environment. Within a radius of several tens of kilometers from the farmstead there are no large enterprises and chemical industries. Water, air and earth is really clean.

A wonderful family and active holidays, a great place for celebrations and events.

Accommodation

You will house: two bedrooms, living room with kitchen and bathroom. The house can comfortably accommodate 6 people (if you pogatsa — 7-9). In one of the bedrooms has a double bed 2*2 meters, the other with two single beds in the living room — folding sofa. Cozy warm stove, stable electricity, hot and cold water at any time of day and year (is a good boiler). There is a fridge, cooker, electric kettle.

A quick Internet. Wi-Fi is nice and calm in the house, bath and throughout the site. The living room has a TV: you can watch TV or turn on a movie from a flash drive.

Accommodation can be rented separately: on one or more days, the holidays, a week, a month or more.

Bath

Next to the house is chopped bath: large room for rest with benches and table, dressing room, shower and steam room. In the bath can simultaneously steam and relax up to 10 people. Brooms and towels we have.

To the bath attached small terrace where you can relax after the sauna. Directly in front of the bath — BBQ. Skewers and grills for cooking on the embers we also have. Firewood for sauna and barbecue facilities are available in unlimited quantities.

You can come just to the bath, without accommodation: to relax, to rest, to fry meat on the grill.

Gazebos

The manor is located 2 chopped pavilions, each of which can comfortably rest up to 15 people. Before each your gazebo, grill-hearth of brick.

Gazebos are great for offsite events, banquets or other events. Can be rented separately.

Active rest, fishing, hunting

On the territory there are volleyball courts. Balls and mesh and is available on request. 700 meters from the house flows the river Gorin: you can swim, fish or go boating.

We have 5 double and 1 single kayak. You can just go, and you can paddle down the river. The route we show. If you've never sailed — teach and explain what and how.

In the vicinity of the estate a large deciduous forest: you can walk, ride a bike. In season in the woods a lot of mushrooms and berries. It is also possible organization of hunting: found a hare, bird, boar, hoofed animals.

On the site

On the estate hand-live sheep and lambs with lambs. You can pet, play, take pictures. Also have chickens, a Cockerel and a Turkey: if desired, you can cook scrambled eggs or fried eggs.

Guarding the farm and the estate are two large, but very kind and friendly dog breed Bernese mountain dog. Guarded only by their appearance, because they are actually like two cat — kind and affectionate, love to be petted. Love to play, not bark, not bite. A good attitude to children and friends with a cat, who also lives in the estate. Dogs roam freely on the site, but if you want — can link.

The plot also grow apples, pears, plums. Between the trees are hammocks where you can relax or take a NAP.

Historical places

Near the estate (about 3-4 km) there is a large abandoned manor house by Olesha the late 19th century. The two-story red brick mansion is picturesquely overgrown with ivy, and beautifully preserved. The house is oak alley, surrounded by old overgrown Park. Ideal for photo shoots, really worth to see live.

In the village Gentle (1-2 km away), the picturesque, the current wooden Church of St. Paraskeva 1884 buildings.
