New Churchyard – a small village in the Vitebsk region, located 190 km from the regional center. In the village connected roads with the Braslav, Miory, Druey, Polotsk, Verkhnedvinsk and Sharkovshchina, there are about 1 thousand people. But there is something to see tourists arrived for holidays in Belarus.
The chief ornament of the settlement is the Church of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker, late 19th century. The temple was built in 1880 of brick and rubble stone. This monument in retrospect-Russian style.
Like other temples built in this style, it has volume-a spatial composition that includes a three-tiered belfry, refectory and low cuboid volume of the prayer hall. The Eastern side of the Church building completes ASP semicircular shape.
Above the Church stands a belfry and an octagonal drum with a dome localizaban.
