How to process an order?
To process the order, you need to:
- Go to the order page;
- Answer the tourist's clarifying questions in the chat or ask your questions.
- After successful communication with the tourist, confirm the order.
- After you confirm the order, the tourist will be able to make a prepayment (our commission);
- Now the tourist will have access to your contact details for further communication.
Important note:
- The order must be processed within 4 hours.
- It is important to monitor the availability calendar and update the information in the programs (prices, etc.) in a timely manner in order to avoid cancelled orders.
Reminders in the order:
Reminder: the guest is still waiting for your response.
- The reminder comes to the guide in 2 hours at:
- New orders
- For new messages from tourists.
The reminder comes to Telegram and by email.
The reminder comes strictly during the working hours configured in the guide's profile.
