Перед каждым входом имеется большая зона барбекю со столом и умывальником. В загородном доме имеет кухню с необходимой посудой,холодильник, микроволновая печь, санузел с душевой кабиной и горячим водоснабжением,стиральная машина, спальные комнаты, спутниковое TV. В стоимость проживания входит: постельное белье, полотенца, дрова, шампура, решетки, пользование велосипедами, лодками, спортивным инвентарем.

В доме имеются все удобства: 1 просторная комната на 4 спальных мест, оборудованная кухня с плитой, обеденная зона, санузел с душевой, горячая вода, телевидение, мангал, беседка.
Банкетный зал
Проведение свадеб, корпоративов,крестин и других мероприятий На территории усадьбы расположен банкетный зал,где имеется кухня с плитой, микроволновкой, мойкой и холодильником. Можно воспользоваться услугами поваров.
