Smoking is only allowed outside. The house is not equipped for people with disabilities. Accommodation of minors is possible only with parents. Kitchen and bedding - included. For recreation, there is a volleyball court, badminton, hiking and cycling, picking mushrooms, berries and herbs.

There is a motor boat for boat trips.
