• The history of this sacred place goes back more than a hundred years. The church in honor of All Saints was built in 1862 thanks to the efforts of the honorable peasant Pavel Kropachev. The mountain itself was named after Blessed Miteyka, who, according to legend, prayed on this mountain, which earned its name - Miteynaya.
• An amazing story is also connected with the Monk Trifon Vyatsky, who in 1571 came to the shores of Chusovaya in search of a secluded place for prayer. Here he built a cell and a chapel, performed many miracles and cured the diseases of local residents. The story of this saint lives in the hearts of believers and will give your visit a special meaning.
In the 20s of the twentieth century, the church was temporarily closed, but thanks to the efforts of the local community and the blessing of the authorities, it was returned in 1946. Subsequently, the temple became an almshouse that sheltered old ladies. In 1996, the reconstruction of the temple began, and since then the place has again become the center of spiritual life.
• Today, the monastery is flourishing again thanks to the efforts of the abbess of the monastery, nun Xenia, and the confessor, Abbot Savvati. The main shrines are the miraculous image of the Mother of God of Kazan and the spring where, according to legend, this icon appeared.
