- Embark on a day trip to the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro on a journey to one of Tanzania's most spectacular landmarks. Follow me to the Mandara Hut and enjoy the views from 2,700 metres above sea level.
- You will be picked up from your hotel in Arusha or Moshi and driven to the national park. At the Marangu Gate, I will give you a brief introduction before you enter the park. You will spend the rest of the morning trekking through the rainforest, where you will have plenty of opportunities to see monkeys and exotic birds.
- After 3-4 hours of trekking you will reach the Mandara hut, where you can have a well-deserved rest and lunch. Enjoying sandwiches, fruit, peanuts and juice, you will learn more about the park and wildlife from your guide.
- After lunch, I will take you to Maundi Crater overlooking Mount Kilimanjaro, Northern Tanzania and Kenya. From there you will take a leisurely two-hour walk down to the Marangu Gate, where transport will be waiting to take you back to your hotel.
- Included: all entrance fees, lunch, transfer, guide.
